First Onsite Consultation

Planning & Budgeting

We gather info about your home size and needs to calculate the required capacity. We then present you with options that fit your budget while meeting all BC Sewerage System Standard Practice Manual (SPM) requirements.

Soil Testing

Every property is unique. We start by assessing your soil conditions and site landscape to determine the perfect design for your septic system. Accurate soil analysis is the foundation of a reliable, long-lasting system that protects your home and environment.

Design & Approval

Andrew creates a custom blueprint and submits it to Interior Health. We handle the bureaucracy. Once filed, we hand you the official documents needed for your Building Permit.

Professional Installation

No subcontractors. Andrew installs the tank and field personally. We use laser levels for precision and high-quality materials (concrete or poly) to ensure longevity. MORE INFO ➜

Testing & Certification

We test the system before covering it up. Then, we issue the final “Letter of Certification” and Maintenance Plan. You are now ready for your final occupancy permit!
